i remembered to take a picture when there was only one slice left, and it was kinda hammered. so the picture is not the greatest.
graham cracker pie crust:
1 1/4 cups graham cracker crumbs (you can buy these at the grocery store)
3 Tbsp. sugar
1/3 cup margarine or butter
combine crumbs and sugar. stir in melted butter. pack mixture firmly into 9 inch pie dish and press firmly to bottom and sides, bringing crumbs evenly up to rim. chill one hour before filling. (or if you like your crust crispy you can bake it at 350 degrees for 8 minutes). make sure crust is chilled before filling.
fill pie crust w/ 5.9 oz chocolate instant jello. chill for atleast 1 hour (2 is best) and top w/ home made whipping cream (see here).
*this recipe is kind of a skeleton recipe, you can really do whatever you want with it. i really like it just simple. but i was thinking it would also be yummy to put a little cinnamon in the chocolate jello and even in the whipping cream to spice it up a bit.* enjoy!
