creamy chicken biscuits.

this recipe is from my mother. it was one of my favorite childhood meals and still is one of my favorites.



chicken biscuits:

2/3 cup crushed cheese & garlic croutons (1 bag)
6 oz. cream cheese
4 Tbsp. softened butter
6 Tbsp. melted butter
1/2 tsp. pepper
2 cups cooked chicken, cubed
2 large cans of Pillsbury crescent rolls
2 packages of chicken gravy

mix softened butter, cream cheese, pepper and cooked chicken. fill crescent rolls w/ mixture. (i actually stuck two crescents together and made 8 big ones instead of 16 small ones) dip in melted butter and roll in crushed croutons.

bake at 375 for 15-20 minutes. serve w/ chicken gravy.
