I got this idea from a pizza that we love at dominoes. I figured I could make something similar at home. I think ours was just as good or better. I didn't follow a recipe so below is an approximation of what I did.
1/3 lb. thinly sliced roast beef
4-6 oz. sliced mushrooms
1/2 green bell pepper, sliced thinly
1 small onion, cut in 1/2 then sliced
1 clove garlic, minced
1/3-1/2 package of gravy or aus jus seasoning mix
1 ball of pizza dough
6 oz. shredded mozzerella
1/3 cup white velveeta cheese, cubed (or regular if you can't find white)
1/3 cup butter
Preheat oven and pizza stone to 450. Roll out dough on parchment paper or pizza paddle.
In a medium skillet heat a small amount of oil to med-high. Add peppers, onions and garlic and cook until softened. Add mushrooms and roast beef. Cook til mushrooms are soft then stir in gravy mix to taste and remove from heat.
In a small saucepan melt velveeta and butter over medium-low, stirring constantly. Remove from heat.
Spread white cheese sauce over dough, top with meat mixture then shredded mozzerella. Bake for 10-12 min. or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
