breakfast casserole.

this recipe is super easy and super yummy for a quick fix. my mother in law was the first to introduce this to us. she now makes it as part of christmas breakfast. we sure love it.

you will need:
1 lb sausage
4 cups shredded hashbrowns, thawed
1/4 cup chopped onion
12 eggs
1/2 cup milk
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 cups grated cheddar cheese
to make:
brown sausage and onion together, drain grease
place thawed hashbrowns on the bottom of  a greased 9x13 pan
spread meat mixture over the top of the hashbrowns
blend eggs, milk, salt and pour over the top
top with cheese
bake at 350 degrees for 40-45 minutes
