6 cups cooked chicken
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1 (16oz) sour cream
2 T. poppy seeds
3 cups(about 80 crackers) crushed ritz crackers(i use the roasted vegetable flavor)
1/2 cup butter, melted
combine first 4 ingredients. spoon into a lightly greased baking dish. combine crushed crackers and butter. sprinkle crackers over chicken mixture. bake, uncovered, at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. serves 8.
we serve ours over brown rice.
