i found this recipe on pintrest. it was super easy to make and we loved it, however i will recommend a few changes...
you will need:
2 boneless chicken breasts or 1 lb beef stew meat
1/2 bottle fat free italian salad dressing
2-3 teas. crushed red pepper flakes ( this is what i would change for sure! i used 2 teas and it was WAY too spicy for us. i would either use 1/2 teas or just eliminate it all together)
3 T. soy sauce
2 T. crunchy peanut butter
1 box whole wheat spaghetti
broccoli, sweet peas, carrots (whatever veggies you would like)
to make:
place meat in frying pan with 1/4-1/2 cup italian dressing. cook at least 5 minutes or till cooked through
add veggie choice and cook on med-low heat until veggies are tender.
cook box of spaghetti according to package directions, drain and rinse
mix sauce ingredients together until peanut butter is no longer a glob. ( i added about 2 teas of sugar to my dressing)
mix everything in a large mixing bowl and serve!
