Taco Pizza

We love mexican food at our house. And we love pizza. So why not combine the 2?? This is delicious served with homemade ranch, salsa, and guacamole.

1 recipe pizza dough
16 oz. jarred salsa
1 lb. ground beef
1 packet taco seasoning
1 can black beans, drained
1 small package frozen corn
1/2 cup chopped cilantro
1 lb. shredded cheese (I used montery jack and cheddar)

*this will make 2 pizzas, so use 1/2 of each ingredient for each pizza

Preheat oven to 425. Prepare pizza dough. While it is rising brown and drain beef. Add taco seasoning and water according to instructions. Roll out pizza dough on paddle or greased cookie sheet. Spread salsa on the dough. Top with ground beef, beans, corn, cilantro and cheese. Bake for 15-20 min until crust is browned and cheese is melted.
