Crockpot Lemon Herb Chicken

This was a new recipe I tried Sunday. It was REALLY easy and pretty good. We ate it with rice and steamed asparagus. Next time I will add some fresh lemon slices for a little extra lemon flavor and maybe some basil or parsley.
1 lb. chicken breasts (halved or in strips)
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/2 soup can of water
1 T mccormick lemon pepper (or any other brand without salt as the #1 ingredient)
Place chicken in crockpot. Mix remaining ingredients and pour over chicken. Cook on low for about 6 hrs.
