here is a simple and delicious pie crust recipe:
1 Cup Flour
1/2 Cup Butter Crisco
1/4 Cup COLD Water
1/2 Teaspoon Salt
Mix flour, salt and crisco together with pastry cutter. Make a hole in the center of mix and add the cold water. Mix with a fork mixing as little as possible. Crust should be gentle, but firm. Roll out and place in dish. Press edges firmly with fork and poke center a few times with fork.
Bake @ 475 degrees for approx. 8 minutes or until golden brown.
