Reuben Sandwiches



This is not really a recipe, but I'll post it anyway. If you eat corned beef for St. Patrick's Day (or any other time) this is a great use for the leftovers.

Rye bread
Thousand Island or Russian salad dressing
Corned Beef (sliced or shredded)
Sauerkraut
Swiss Cheese

Top bread with all ingredients. Butter outsides of bread and grill on panini press or in a skillet. Serve with chips and pickles.
