for march i decided to plan my whole month of meals before hand so i don't make the same meal twice. it was hard, but i am excited that the decisions are already made. this way i don't end up leaning back on the same old recipes with my last minute planning. so for this week it is:
mon: chicken and dumplings w/ orange jello salad
tues: sausage bow-tie pasta w/ breadsticks and steamed veggies
wed: creamy chicken casserole w/ brown rice and roasted asparagus
thurs: leftovers
sun: spaghetti & meatballs w/ home-made garlic bread and turtle cookies
