1 pkg home style noodles. ( i like to buy the frozen homemade egg noodles)
4-5 potatoes peeled and diced
3-4 large carrots peeled and sliced
2 sticks of celery sliced
2 chicken bouillon cubes (2 tsp)
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1/2-3/4 container sour cream
1-2 chicken breasts cooked and cut into small cubes
salt and pepper
cook noodles according to package. set aside. place potatoes, carrots, celery in a pot. add enough water just to cover the top of the veggies. add chicken bouillon and cook until veggies are tender. don't drain the water. add cream of chicken soup, sour cream, chicken and the noodles. cook until heated together. salt and pepper to taste.
